STEP UP is our own System of training and development. STEP UP program consists of four courses which will help in perfecting your individual and professional skills:
U*START is a course for every new company’s employee. We do all possible to help a newcomer feel easy in the company, to feel comfortable so as nothing would hamper his or her fruitful activities. The arrangements are conducted in the framework of U’START program where newcomers get to know more about the company, the values and competences, and get acquainted with our trade marks and products.
U*TECH is a course meant for the perfection and development of special professional knowledge and skills. It comprises programs oriented to the development of professional competences of Marketing and Sales Department’s employees. For the employees of other functional units we offer HardSkills development program to form skills and knowledge necessary the professional activities.
U*EXECUTIVE is a course necessary for the development and perfection of managerial skills of our company’s executives. It comprises an obligatory part – “The Guidance of People” for every UPECO’s executive. Beside the training program we use additional actual instruments, promoting the effective development of promising executives, such as coaching and/or business simulations.
U*PEOPLE is a course meant to help forming individual skills necessary for effective activities. “Time Management” and “Effective Communication” trainings for getting skills are its key part.
All the employees of our company’s Moscow office can use UPECO’s library which has in present more than 800 varieties of educative materials: books, audio- and video- courses, analytical materials and research. The library is monthly replenished with topical new materials.
