1997 – Raptor first appeared in the Russian market. Green scentless Raptor plates immediately became a hit! The advertising campaign with a picturesque frog was launched: «Only real things are dangerous for the mosquitoes. Only tested quality is safe for people».
1998 – Raptor becomes the leader in Russia, passing ahead of all the competitors that were on the market those days! The same year Raptor enters the Ukrainian market, where it also becomes the #1 brand right away.
2000 – Raptor began the production of the most modern at the moment insecticide – liquid. And also was the first in Russia who made the plates from the flies, of course under the same name – Raptor. There were no Russian analogs out there.
2002 – The first aqua fumigators that protect the house from both crawling and flying insects appeared in Russia.
2003 – Raptor enters the markets of Byelorussia, Moldavia and Latvia. First not even in Russia, but in the world liquids against flies were created – of course under Raptor’s name! The same year the brand package was redesigned. 4 product lines were divided by colors. The pack became more modern, bright and attractive.
2004 – Raptor enters the Kazakhstan market.
2005 – A novelty appeared in the brand’s assortment – Raptor «Nekusaika» [«Don’t bite»] – a new product with chamomile extract was developed specifically for protecting small children from mosquitoes.
The results of the research of consumers’ opinion and attitude («Review and segmentation of the Russian market of insecticides and repellents» made by IMCA in May-June 2005) stated that Raptor is perceived by the users as the brand of the best quality, the most modern and innovational out of all the brands of insecticides in Russia.
2003 – Raptor TV commercial got the 3rd place at the Moscow International Advertising Festival.
2004 – Raptor TV commercial got the 2nd place at the Moscow International Advertising Festival.
2005 – Raptor got the prestigious title «Superbrand-2005» in the category of «insecticides» from the international company Superbrands International. The award is given to the brands that achieved success in the consumer markets in different countries of the world (overall more than 40 countries in 4 continents).
2006 – The RAPTOR won Superbrand statuette again equally with the recognition of its customers. Year by year the trade mark demonstrates stable high quality, innovative approach, and as a result leader's position at the repellents' market.
